个人简介

国家级青年人才计划入选者。2008年本科毕业于山东师范大学，2014年硕士毕业于厦门大学，2018年博士毕业于上海有机所，2019年至2023年在德国哥廷根大学从事博士后研究。在催化剂设计合成、催化体系开发（用于烷烃、烯烃、炔烃之间的相互转化以及碳氢键活化），以及大化工生产方面均具有丰富的经验和认知。近年来在Nat. Catal.、JACS 、ACIE 、Acc. Chem. Res. 、 Chem. Rev. 、 Adv. Mater.和CJC 等杂志发表多篇论文。

主要研究方向为：一、主族化学，主要涉及主族金属催化，有机磷化学和实用型主族有机试剂的开发。二、烯烃的工业化转化。三、高分子材料的合成与降解。

英文简介

Yulei received his B.S. degree from Shandong Normal University in 2008, M.S. degree from Xiamen University in 2014 and Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC) in 2018. From 2019 to 2023, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Georg-August University Göttingen, Germany. He is good at organometallic complexes syntheses, methodology development, and has plenty of experience in industrial chemical production. Some of his representative works have been published in Nat. Catal., JACS, ACIE, Acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Rev., Adv. Mater., CJC and so on.

Research interests: 1. Main group chemistry, including main group metal catalysis, organophosphorus chemistry and the development of practical main group organic reagents; 2. Development of new earth-abundant catalysts for industrial transformation of olefins; 3. Syntheses and degradation of polymer materials.
