个人简介
邱红松,2018年博士毕业于日本大阪大学激光工程研究所,曾入选南京大学“毓秀青年学者计划”和江苏省“双创计划”双创博士,在德国柏林自由大学物理系访问研究,现任南京大学集成电路学院助理教授。近年来主要从事反铁磁和新型量子材料的太赫兹光谱研究,在国际上首次发现了零磁场下的反铁磁太赫兹自旋泵浦,深入开展不同自旋注入驱动力的机理与动力学性质研究,探索超快反铁磁自旋存储器件的实用化。主持承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后科学基金面上项目等。作为主要参与人参与了国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目等。在Nature Physics、Advanced Materials和Advanced Science等期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,荣获“2021中国光学十大进展奖(基础研究类)”。
