个人简介

本科、硕士毕业于武汉科技大学（2005-2012），博士毕业于南京大学（2017-2021）。

曾在中科院西安光机所（2012-2013）、中科院苏州纳米所（2013-2016）、新加坡南洋理工大学（2016-2017）、南京大学（2021-2023）从事科研工作。

英文简介

Taotao Li received his B.S. (2009) and M.S. (2012) degrees from Wuhan University of Science and Technology (WUST) and completed his Ph.D at Nanjing University (NJU, 2021) under the guidance of Prof. Yagang Yao and Prof. Xinran Wang. He worked at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS, 2012-2016) and at Nanyang Technological University (NTU, 2016-2017) as a visiting scholar.

Dr. Li joined the School of Integrated Circuits NJU as an associate professor in 2023. His research focuses on the epitaxial growth, characterizations, and applications of two-dimensional semiconductors, such as transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs, MoS2, WS2, WSe2, etc.)  He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in top journals such as Nature, Nat Nanotech, etc.
