个人简介：

本科毕业于中国矿业大学（2013-2017），博士毕业于北京师范大学大学（2017-2023），在此期间于哥本哈根信息技术大学（2021-2023）完成博士联合培养。曾在南方科技大学（2023-2025）从事博士后工作。

主要研究方向为：科学学、数据科学、复杂系统

英文简介：

I am a tenure-track assistant professor at the Data Management Innovation Research Center, Nanjing University, Suzhou Campus. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Statistics and Data Science, Southern University of Science and Technology (July 2023–December 2025). My research expertise lies in Science of Science, Complex Networks, and Scientometrics. I am particularly interested in the career development paths of young scholars and the mechanisms of academic mentorship.

My recent research “Academic mentees thrive in big groups, but survive in small groups”, published in Nature Human Behaviour, explores how academic group size influences mentee’s scientific career. This work has been highlighted by Nature News: “How a PhD student’s lab size affects their chance of future academic success”.
