本科毕业于北京大学(2008-2012),博士毕业于美国康奈尔大学(2012-2018)。曾在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学从事研究助理教授工作。
主要研究方向为自旋电子学器件制备测量,先进材料的分子束外延生长合成。

Yongxi Ou, Assistant Professor of the School of Integrated Circuits, graduated with a bachelor's degree from Peking University (2008-2012) and a doctoral degree from Cornell University (2012-2018). Dr. Ou previously worked as a Research Assistant Professor at Penn State University.
Research Areas:
Fabrication and measurement of spintronics devices focusing on spin-orbit torque effects; molecular beam epitaxy synthesis of quantum topological insulators and semimetals, novel antiferromagnets, and low-dimensional van der Waals materials.
