个人简介：

本科毕业于南开大学（2012-2016），博士毕业于新加坡国立大学（2016-2021）。曾在新加坡国立大学从事研究员工作(2020.12-2025.2)。

主要研究方向为自旋电子材料和器件，自旋轨道矩磁存储器SOT-MRAM，磁性传感器，基于自旋的感存算一体芯片。

Dr. Hang Xie

Assistant Professor Position in the School of Integrated Circuits 

I graduated from Nankai University with BSc (2012-2016) and received my PhD degree from National University of Singapore (2016-2021). Afterwards, I worked as Research Fellow at National University of Singapore from Dec 2020 to Feb 2025.

My main research focuses are spintronic materials and devices, SOT-MRAM, magnetic sensors, and spintronics-based sensing-storage-computing integrated chips.
