个人简介：

南京大学智能软件与工程学院助理教授（特聘研究员），博士生导师，2022年6月在清华大学计算机系获得博士学位，2019年9月至2020年10月赴美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校联合培养。近年来一直从事数据中心网络、网络传输协议、机器学习系统等方向研究工作，以第一/通讯作者身份在USENIX NSDI、IEEE INFOCOM、IEEE/ACM ToN等国际高水平会议和期刊上发表多篇论文，多次担任国际学术会议的程序委员会成员和国际高水平期刊的审稿人。

英文简介：   

Qingkai Meng is an Assistant Professor (Ph.D. Advisor) at the School of Intelligent Software and Engineering, Nanjing University. He obtained his Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in June 2022, under the supervision of Prof. Fengyuan Ren. From September 2019 to October 2020, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working with Prof. Aditya Akella. His research interests include data center networks, transport protocols, and machine learning systems. His work has appeared at top system and networking venues such as USENIX NSDI, IEEE INFOCOM, and IEEE/ACM ToN. He actively contributes to the academic community by serving as a technical program committee member and reviewer for top-tier conferences and journals.
