本硕毕业于郑州大学（2008-2014），博士毕业于武汉大学（2014-2017）。曾任中央机关公务员（2017-2018）和武汉大学博士后（2019-2022）。

主要研究方向为国家安全数据管理、开源情报技术、数字素养与技能。

Biography:

Li Baiyang received his doctor’s degree from iSchool of Wuhan University in 2017, then he worked as a civil servant in the central ministry and he was engaged in postdoctoral research at Wuhan University. His current research projects on National Security Data Management.

Research areas: National Security Data Management, OSINT and Digital Literacy.
