个人简介：

本科毕业于西安交通大学理学院（2013-2017），硕士、博士毕业于南京大学物理学院（2017-2022），在南京大学电子科学与工程学院从事博士后研究工作（2022-2025）。

研究方向：专注于新型存算一体电子信息器件、集成电路芯片、以及高能效智能系统与应用；致力于研究下一代新型算力的系统架构和软硬协同设计方法，推动新型类脑计算硬件的应用研究。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Electronics(*2)，Nature Nanotechnology，IEEE IEDM，Science Advances，Nature Communications等一流期刊和会议上发表多篇研究论文。相关成果获中国发明专利授权9项，美国专利1项，中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖2项，2025江苏省电子信息领域十大科技进展1项，2023第十八届“挑战杯”学术科技作品竞赛全国特等奖1项（指导老师），日内瓦国际发明展银奖2项，国内外重要学术会议最佳海报奖4项（Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing、IEEE IWOFC2019、ICMIC2019、第二十四届全国半导体物理学术会议）。曾获得“博新计划”、“毓秀青年学者”、“小米青年学者”等荣誉称号。主持国自然青年科学基金项目、博士后面上项目、小米科技公司揭榜挂帅项目、南京大学苗圃计划等科研项目。

Research Interests: Compute-in-memory chips; Brain-inspired intelligence

Tenure-track Assistant Professor, Distinguished Researcher, and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Intelligence Science and Technology. He received his bachelor's degree from the School of Science at Xi'an Jiaotong University (2013–2017), and his master's and doctoral degrees from the School of Physics at Nanjing University (2017–2022). He conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Nanjing University (2022–2025).

His research focuses on novel in-memory computing electronic devices, integrated circuit chips, energy-efficient intelligent systems, and their applications. He is dedicated to exploring system architectures and hardware-software co-design methodologies for next-generation computing power, aiming to advance the applied research of novel neuromorphic computing hardware. He has published numerous research papers as first or corresponding author in leading journals and conferences, including Nature Electronics (×2), Nature Nanotechnology, IEEE IEDM, Science Advances, and Nature Communications. His related achievements include 9 authorized Chinese invention patents, 1 US patent, 2 nominations for the Top Ten Research Advances in China's Semiconductor Industry, 1 award for the Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in the Electronic Information Field of Jiangsu Province in 2025, 1 National Special Prize in the 18th "Challenge Cup" Academic Science and Technology Competition in 2023 (as advisor), 2 Silver Medals at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, and 4 Best Poster Awards at major domestic and international academic conferences (Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing, IEEE IWOFC 2019, ICMIC 2019, and the 24th National Semiconductor Physics Conference). He has been honored with the "Bo Xin Plan" (National Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program), "Yuxiu Young Scholar", and "Xiaomi Young Scholar" titles. He leads research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Program, Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Program, Xiaomi Technology "Open Bidding and Selecting Leaders" Project, and Nanjing University "Nursery Plan" Program.
