个人简介：

本科毕业于西安交通大学理学院（2013-2017），硕士、博士毕业于南京大学物理学院（2017-2022），曾在南京大学电子科学与工程学院从事博士后研究工作（2022-2025）。

主要研究方向为（1）新型存算一体芯片以及高能效智能系统与应用；（2）类脑计算和人工智能的交叉研究。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Nanotechnology，Nature Electronics，IEEE IEDM，Science Advances等一流期刊和会议上发表多篇研究论文。相关成果获中国发明专利授权9项，美国专利1项，中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖2项，日内瓦国际发明展银奖2项，国内外重要学术会议最佳海报奖4项（Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing、IEEE IWOFC2019、ICMIC2019、第二十四届全国半导体物理学术会议），以及第十八届“挑战杯”学术科技作品竞赛全国特等奖1项（指导老师）。曾获得“博新计划”、“毓秀青年学者”、“小米青年学者”等荣誉称号。主持国自然青年科学基金项目、博士后面上项目、小米科技公司揭榜挂帅项目等科研项目。

Dr. Cong Wang graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the School of Science, Xian Jiaotong University (2013-2017), and obtained Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Physics, Nanjing University (2017-2022). He conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University (2022-2025).
His main research interests include: (1) In-memory computing chips, high-energy-efficiency intelligent systems and applications; (2) Interdisciplinary research on brain-inspired computing and AI. He has published multiple first-author/corresponding-author research papers in top-tier journals and conferences such as Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics, IEEE IEDM, and Science Advances. Related achievements include 9 authorized Chinese invention patents, 1 U.S. patent, 2 nomination awards for China's Top 10 Semiconductor Research Advances, 2 silver awards at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, 4 best poster awards at important international academic conferences (Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing, IEEE IWOFC 2019, ICMIC 2019, and the 24th National Conference on Semiconductor Physics), and 1 National Special Prize as the advisor in the 18th Challenge Cup National Academic Science and Technology Works Competition. Has been honored with titles such as the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program, Yuxiu Young Scholar, and Xiaomi Young Scholar. Has presided over research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Young Scientists Fund, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant, and Xiaomi Technology Unveiling the List and Appointing the Commander Project.
