个人简介：

本科毕业于西安交通大学理学院（2013-2017），硕士、博士毕业于南京大学物理学院（2017-2022），曾在南京大学电子科学与工程学院从事博士后研究工作（2022-2025）。主要研究兴趣：专注于新型存算一体电子信息器件、集成电路芯片、以及高能效智能系统与应用， 致力于推动类脑计算硬件和人工神经网络的交叉方向研究， 探索下一代新型算力架构。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nature Nanotechnology，Nature Electronics (*2)，IEDM，Science Advances等一流期刊和会议上发表多篇研究论文。相关成果获中国发明专利授权8项，美国专利1项，中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖2项，日内瓦国际发明展银奖2项，国内外重要学术会议最佳海报奖4项（Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing、IEEE IWOFC2019、ICMIC2019、第二十四届全国半导体物理学术会议），以及第十八届“挑战杯”学术科技作品竞赛全国特等奖1项（指导老师）。曾获得“博新计划”、“毓秀青年学者”、“小米青年学者”等荣誉称号。主持国自然青年科学基金项目、博士后面上项目、小米科技公司揭榜挂帅项目等科研项目。

Research Interests: Compute-in-memory chips; Brain-inspired intelligence

Tenure-track Assistant Professor at the School of Intelligence Science and Technology, Distinguished Research Fellow, PhD Supervisor. Bachelor's degree from the School of Science at Xi'an Jiaotong University (2013-2017); Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Physics at Nanjing University (2017-2022); postdoctoral research fellow at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University (2022-2025).

Research Interests: Focused on novel computing-in-memory chips, and energy-efficient intelligent systems and applications. Dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research at the intersection of neuromorphic computing hardware and artificial neural networks, exploring next-generation computing architectures.

Academic Achievements: Published multiple research papers as first author/corresponding author in leading journals and conferences including Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics, IEDM, and Science Advances. Achievements include: 8 authorized Chinese invention patents, 1 U.S. patent, 2 nominations for China's Top 10 Semiconductor Research Advances, 2 silver awards at the Geneva International Invention Exposition, 4 best poster awards from major academic conferences (Nature Conference on Neuromorphic Computing, IEEE IWOFC2019, ICMIC2019, and the 24th National Semiconductor Physics Academic Conference), and 1 Grand Prize as an advisor for the 18th Challenge Cup National Academic and Technological Works Competition.

Honors: Recipient of prestigious honors including the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, Yuxiu Young Scholar Award, Xiaomi Young Scholar Award, and others. Current Projects: Principal investigator of multiple research projects including a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Science Fund project, postdoctoral fellowships, and Xiaomi Technology's challenge-based funding projects.
